Are you accessing it from a public library or school or something? Because some schools have Newgrounds blocked on their computers/networks. If this is more related to your geographic location, then yeah, that stinks and isn't as easy to fix as using another router/device.

At first i tried logging in from my university wifi, when it didn't work i shrugged it off but now its locked even at house wifi. I live in kazakhstan and i never heard of any bans on this website :(
It's probably US sanctions or your government just decided to silently ban it for whatever reason. Either way, that stinks.

Without more details, it's hard to comment on that. If you think it's a bug on Newgrounds' side, report it in the bug thread.

Its gotta be something regional related, vpn makes the problem seamless so the thing probably got banned in my network or country
